Purchasing: To purchase a product simply select the item and add to cart. You then have the option to come back and continue shopping or checkout immediately. If you continue to shop you will find a view cart button at the top of each product page ready to click when you wish to checkout.
Payments: Payment is made using PayPal – but please note you do not need a PayPal account to make the payment, you can pay securely using a debit or credit card. At no point will Alex McQuade Textiles receive your card details.
Alternative payment options: If you wish to pay by cheque or bacs transfer please email your order to email@example.com
Delivery: All products are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 3 working days. If you need your item sooner, please let me know and l'll do my best to meet your requirements. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class with a certificate of posting. Orders over the value of £20 will be sent Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
Returns Policy: In the unlikely event of an item being faulty upon delivery the item can be returned and you will be offered a replacement or full refund of your goods. Please report any faulty items within 48hrs of receipt.
If you place an order for a standard product and simply wish to exchange it this is possible (it must be unused and in its original packaging). However, postage costs incurred will be payable by the customer.
